New CMA Print Options Available

For many of you using Suffolk and Nassau, you may have noticed that our CMA print menu has recently changed:
Previously, when you printed a CMA, you’d choose between letter or legal sized paper, with or without photos (for Nassau), and then press print and a new browser would open up with your selected comps.
The only difference now is we’re offering you a choice between the same method described above, and a PDF option. So what’s the difference?
The HTML button prints the CMA the same way you’ve always seen it.
The PDF is a much sharper look because it puts the header and footer of your report on every page, and has the column headings at the top of every page too. Also, when you print a PDF it doesn’t have the hyperlink at the bottom of the document either.
The PDF may take an extra few seconds to load, but if you want to wow someone with a sharp looking report, it’s definitely the way to go.
This new print option will also be available for New York City by the middle of next week.
